Instead of lots of sugar, I used more fruit and healthy kinds of low-sugar chocolate. The results were amazing – they were delicious, and also good for you. My mum encouraged me to start selling them at our local market, and I came up with the name ‘Katie’s cakes’. I was surprised at how popular they were! Now I’ve been contacted by a big supermarket. They’re keen to sell my products, so I’m really excited!
