The individual’s need to learn English and develop his language skills is determined based on the assessment of the language level in line with international standards, and this is clearly revealed by the OCEC exam, which helps to determine the starting point for language learning, and to develop a training plan that depends on the individual’s needs and abilities according to a parallel logical sequence in teaching and developing The basics of the English language (vocabulary building, grammar and pronunciation) and its four skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening) all the way to mastery.
