Oxford Certificate Of English Competency
The Oxford Certificate of Proficiency in English (OCEC) is an exam that adopts international standards to measure an individual’s language proficiency in terms of learning, teaching, and assessment. It classifies applicants according to levels of ability to communicate in English in addition to knowledge of English grammar.

The result of the OCEC exam is based on the levels of the internationally accredited Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), which classifies the language levels for non-native speakers into six levels: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2.
