تم وضع هذا الامتحان بالاعتماد على المعايير الدولية حسب الاطار الأوروبي المرجعي العام آلذي يعتمد كمعيار دولي في تعلم، تدريس، تقييم اللغات والذي يقسم أي لغة لغير الناطقين بها إلى ستة مستويات هي
A1، A2، B1، B2، C1، C2

وهذا هو الامتحان النهائي للمستوى الأول للمبتدئين، وتم اعتماده من مركز اكسفورد الدولي للاعتماد وضبط جودة التعليم
